One number, answered by a technician rather than a call centre, at every hour of the day and night. If water is coming in now, ring it. If what you need can wait until the morning, email instead and you will get a proper answer.

Which to use
Ring for water. Email for paperwork.
If something is leaking, flooding, backing up or has left you without heating, use the phone. Call 020 3411 2027 and you will be speaking to a technician in seconds rather than filling anything in. They will ask what has happened, tell you what to do in the meantime, give you the price before anybody sets off, and say which van is nearest to you.
For everything that is not an emergency, email [email protected]. That is the address for quotes on planned work, invoices and receipts, gas safety paperwork, landlord and letting agent enquiries and anything to do with a job already done. Emails are answered within one working day. What email is not good for is a burst pipe at midnight, so please do not sit waiting on a reply if the water is still running.
If something has gone wrong
Complaints go to a person, not an inbox.
We take customer concerns seriously and there is a team whose job is to answer them. Call customer services on 020 3411 2027 or write to [email protected], and we guarantee that every complaint we receive gets an answer.
As soon as one comes in we speak to the technician who did the work and open an investigation into what was done and what was charged for it. If the technician has not followed our instructions and your concern is borne out, you get a refund, either of part of the charge or all of it, depending on what the investigation finds.
Before you ring
Questions about getting hold of us.
Yes, and by a technician rather than a message service. There is no out-of-hours number to ring instead and no answerphone to leave your details on. The same number works at every hour of every day, weekends and bank holidays included.
Your postcode, and the best description you can give of what is happening. Where the water is coming from, whether you have managed to turn it off, what make the boiler is if it is a heating fault, and whether anything electrical has got wet. None of it is essential and nobody will be kept on hold over it, but the more the technician knows before setting off, the more likely the right part is already on the van.
Within one working day. If you have emailed about something urgent and have not had a reply yet, ring instead rather than wait, because the phone is staffed around the clock and the inbox is not.
Yes, and it is worth doing where the job can wait. Booked work in weekday working hours is charged at a lower rate than a call-out, so a tap that has been dripping for a fortnight or a boiler service that is due costs less if you plan it than if you treat it as an emergency. Ring or email and ask for a scheduled booking.
One of our own technicians. Everybody who works for us is employed by us, is Gas Safe and WaterSafe registered and carries the card to show you on arrival. Nothing is passed out to a subcontractor you have never heard of, which is why the person on the phone can tell you what is likely to be wrong before anybody gets in the van.
Ring 020 3411 2027 and ask for customer services, or email [email protected]. Every complaint gets an answer. We speak to the technician who did the work and investigate what was done and what was charged, and if your concern is borne out you get a partial or a full refund.
Lines open now
Whatever hour it breaks, someone picks up.
A technician answers, you hear the price before anyone sets off, and the van is usually with you inside the hour.
