  • A pipe went at half past one in the morning and someone actually answered. The technician was here in forty minutes and the price he quoted on the phone was the price I paid.

Sarah M. Leeds · Burst pipe
  • The boiler packed in two days before Christmas. He had the part on the van and it was running again inside the hour.

James T. Manchester · Boiler repair
  • No pressure at all. He explained what had failed, showed me the worn valve, and simply got on with it.

Priya N. Birmingham · Toilet repair
  • The drain had been backing up for weeks. They jetted it and then showed me the camera footage so I could see it was properly clear.

Daniel O. Bristol · Drain cleaning
  • Rang at four in the morning expecting a machine. Got a real technician, who talked me through turning the water off while he drove.

Helen R. Nottingham · Water leak
  • Second time we have used them. Same technician, same fixed price agreed up front, same tidy job at the end of it.

FAQ

The things people ask at two in the morning.

Yes. The line is answered by a technician rather than a message service, every hour of the day, weekends and bank holidays included. The clock at the top of this page is the shift running right now.

In most of the towns we cover, inside the hour. When you call we will tell you which technician is nearest and give you a realistic time rather than an optimistic one.

You hear the figure before any work begins, and it does not move once the technician is on site.

Every technician is Gas Safe and WaterSafe registered and carries the card to show you on arrival. They are our own people, never subcontracted out.

We work across 83 towns and cities in nine regions of England. The full list is under Where we operate above. If your town is not on it, call anyway, as we almost certainly still reach it.

Yes, for twelve months. If the same fault comes back within the year we return and put it right at no cost to you.

For a leak or a burst, turn the water off at the internal stop tap, usually under the kitchen sink, then open the cold taps to drain the system. If water is anywhere near electrics, switch off at the consumer unit. Whoever answers your call will talk you through it while the technician drives.

Still not sure? Call 020 3411 2027 and ask.
